Early in the morning, an experienced safari guide from Broadleaf will pick you up and transfer you to Lake Manyara National Park which is one of Tanzania’s most beautiful and famous parks and offers a range of natural make-up to appreciate. At the base of the Great Rift Valley’s escarpment, it consists of a huge, shallow soda lake that occupies two-thirds of the park’s total area.

The ecosystem and habitation of the park draw a wide variety of wildlife to establish a home here. African elephant herds, a substantial baboon population, and tree-climbing lions are just a few highlights. A unique site attracts flocks of flamingos and other migratory birds due to an abundance of algae.

Other common wild animals you’ll be likely to encounter during the game drive include zebras, impalas, giraffes, buffalos, and hippos. Sometime in the afternoon, you will head to a designated picnic area and enjoy a delicious meal before you proceed with a game drive. Following a full day of game drives around the park, your guide will drive you back to your hotel or place of stay in Arusha in the late afternoon.
