First-time visitors to Tanzania will be thrilled by this tour’s exceptional opportunities for wildlife sightings, which includes northern safari experiences.

Safaris are popular during the famous Great Migration, but the calving season is especially amazing. The joy of new calves matches the thrill of hungry predators. The best time of year to experience nature’s wonders up close is this point.

8 DAYS ITINERARY

Day by Day

Day 1: Arrival at Kilimanjaro International Airport

Our representative will meet you at Kilimanjaro International Airport (JRO) and give you a brief introduction before driving you to your hotel for dinner and the night. Whilst waiting for your safari in the next day, unwind in the comfort of your hotel.

Day 2 & 3: Arusha to Tarangire National Park

Your guide will pick you up from the hotel after a sumptuous breakfast and take you to Tarangire National Park. You’ll want to take your time on this lengthy trip and take in the breathtaking scenery along the way. Before we start our game drive, which will go until late afternoon and include a picnic lunch at one of the park’s picnic spots, you must check in at the main gate once you arrive at the park.

You’ll return to the park for an afternoon game drive after lunch and a brief period of leisure. You can witness elephants, giraffes, lions, antelopes, and zebras along the Tarangire River, which meanders through the parklands and attracts a variety of wildlife. Your guide will pick you up when the day’s activities are complete and take you to a lodge for a sumptuous meal and a restful night.

Day 4 & 5: Ndutu (Ngorongoro Conservation Area)

Following a delicious meal early in the morning, your guide will pick you up and take you to your next location (the Ndutu region). This trip through the Ngorongoro Conservation Area (NCA) takes approximately three hours. You may notice the terrain quickly changing from rolling woodlands to flat plains as you approach toward Ndutu. You will depart from Ndutu to begin your subsequent game drive. Then you’ll have a picnic lunch in the park’s stunning surroundings in the afternoon.

The afternoon wildlife drive through the magnificent ecosystems of Ndutu will resume after lunch. This region is a popular tourist attraction due to the fact that is situated between Ndutu Lake and Lake Masek. Wildebeest and six additional cat species, including leopard, lion, cheetah, caracal, serval, and wildcat, can be observed in high concentrations around the lakes. Your guide will take you to a lodge for an excellent dinner and an overnight stay after all of your adventures.

Day 6: Ndutu to Serengeti Central

You will be eagerly anticipating your trip to the Serengeti, the world’s most popular national park, after a hearty meal for breakfast at your lodge. Here, in the shade of giant granite boulders that rise from the grass, you’ll find one of Africa’s largest densities of wildlife. This time of year, the grass will be brimming with new life.

An active day of game drives will be interrupted by a break for lunch at a designated park spot. After lunch, you’ll begin your afternoon wildlife search, to find wildlife that you weren’t able to find in the early hours of the day. Your guide will drive you to a lodge later on in the day for an excellent dinner and a restful night.

Day 7: Full day at Ngorongoro Crater

A picnic lunch in a designated park area is an ideal way spice up a busy day of game viewing. You will continue your afternoon game drive after lunch in an effort to spot any new game that has emerged since the morning. At some point afterwards, your tour guide will take you to a lodge where you may enjoy a delicious dinner and spend the evening relaxing.

Here, you may anticipate a quieter atmosphere and a dense population of various animals since the high rim serves as a refuge for wildlife. Later on, while you take in the stunning vistas of the park, you’ll take a moment for a picnic lunch at Hippo Pool in the caldera. Following lunch, you’ll resume your game drive until late in the second half of the day. At that point, you’ll be transferred back to your lodge for dinner and a restful night.

Day 8: Karatu to Arusha

Your wonderful experience in Tanzania has finally come to a close. Following the morning meal, your tour guide will pick you up and transfer you to Arusha. Enjoy lunch when you get to Arusha before being taken to the Kilimanjaro International Airport to catch your homeward flight.
