You will be picked up from your place of stay and driven for roughly 2 to 3 hours to Tarangire National Park by an experienced guide from Broadleaf Adventures. The park has the greatest concentration of elephants, and visitors may view them all year long. The park’s main feature is the Tarangire River, and it is from this river that the park obtained its name. Even during the dry season, which lasts from July to October, the river is saturated with water, ensuring the survival of a wide range of wildlife.

You might see lions, giraffes, buffaloes, wildebeests, zebras, as well as different antelopes and gazelles, during the game drive. Throughout the dry season, over 400 distinct bird species, including Ashy starlings, red and yellow barbets, red-bellied parrots, and speckle-fronted weavers, to name a few, can be spotted. You will take a lunch break at a nice picnic area before proceeding to a relaxing afternoon game drive. Your guide will drive you back to an Arusha after the game drives in the earlier evening.
